Lighting and air conditioning systems were designed to support this now more upscale space. The air conditioning equipment utilized included a new air-to-air heat exchanger unit to assure the highest quality of indoor air for the visitors and staff. All cafeteria and loading dock work was phased throughout construction to maintain access for deliveries to the kitchen area.
